John and Allison Brebner, teachers, printmakers and book artists, have combined their talents and built up a unique teaching studio and working letterpress museum, with impressive art galleries in the relaxed atmosphere of their 120 year old Manawatu home.
John has designed, built and tested much of the art equipment being used and has established an Art/Craft and Technology Development Centre at Homeprint.
A range of classes are available at Homeprint, including: type setting and printing for book or poster production, lino carving, woodcarving, biro carving and printing, paper making, marbling paper, solar plate making, clay modelling – sawdust firing, bookbinding, gold foil, embossing.
