Cutting edge cooking schools
The ready availability of great fresh produce and the innovative menus of restaurants and cafés nationwide has encouraged many New Zealanders to take their own cooking and presentation up a notch. The contemporary and chic cuisine style of the Pacific Rim is a focus for the top catering schools.

Sileni Estates Winery runs a culinary school in its purpose built kitchen by head chef Andy Glover. Each class is designed so students walk away with the skills to prepare a three course menu that will impress their friends and family. The classes start with a glass of wine and an informative briefing of the wines that will be featured in the class. Afterwards students enjoy a three course tasting menu and matched wines.
