Te Waimate Mission House, NZ Historic Places Trust
Te AhuAhu Rd, Waimate North

Te Waimate Mission House is the second oldest surviving house in NZ, the only survivor of three mission houses built for the first inland mission and farm in 1832. Furnished with missionary period furniture and early tools, the house is open Saturday - Monday November - April 10.00 to 5.00
