The Motueka region is the heart of the Nelson Province. To the East lie the placid waters of the Tasman and Golden Bays. The Jewel of the region is the Abel Tasman Nation Park, where you can kayak, walk or take a cruise amongst golden beaches and lush forest.

through more than half of New Zealand's plant and Mainland bird species.
