Our hunting block, for Bow- Hunters, is situated in the Raukumara Ranges of the East Cape of the North Island, 10kms from Opotiki, then a further 40kms on the Motu road to the Takaputahi Valley.

There are good numbers of wild pigs,with some large boars that can add spice to any hunt. These can on occasion be seen out on the grass on the edge of the bush, and with care stalked and shot. Deer can also quite often be seen on the bush edges and small ridge clearings.

We also offer Trout fishing, kayaking and rafting on the beautiful Takaputahi River

Our cabin can sleep up to eight. $150 first couple per night, $25 pp/pn each extra person. Evening meal can be provided if required for $30pp.
