Dolphin Watch Ecotours
Cruise the stunning Marlborough Sounds on an eco-journey to Motuara Island Bird Sanctuary. Locate and learn about the Hector's, dusky or bottlenose dolphins, seals and seabirds (including Marlborough's rare King Shag - only 600 in the world and only found here) from staff trained by qualified marine biologists. Depart the boat at Motuara Island bird sanctuary for a 1-hour guided bush walk to see resident blue penguins, cheeky robins, rare saddlebacks, melodic bellbirds, native pigeons and yellow-crowned parakeets before enjoying the amazing view across Cook Strait. This truly is Picton's most fascinating half-day tour.

3.5 - 4.5 hour tours depart daily at 1:30pm (October - April)
