Wairarapa's ultimate Air Adventure,
Experience the majesty of the snow-capped Tararua mountains (winter) and the serenity of the scenic Wairarapa countryside from the peace and stillness of a hot-air balloon flight.
Your fully qualified and experienced pilots offer daily, early morning flights, 7 days a week all year round (weather permitting)flight time is 1 hour but 2-3 hours should be allowed. We meet around sunrise 7am winter, 6am summer and launch from Wairarapa's biggest tourist attraction The Paua Shell Factory Shop in Kent St Carterton. After your flight you will be returned to a local Carterton cafe where a traditional Champagne breakfast awaits you.
