Ruggedy Range (TM) Wilderness Experience
Explore tranquil forest-fringed bays, wonder at the rich marine life and listen to birdsong in a quiet and unspoilt part of New Zealand. We offer seven kayaking coastal & river adventures around Stewart Island and Ulva Island and multi-activity options including ‘Ulva Island’, kayak Paterson Inlet to Ulva Island and circumnavigate its beautiful coastline. Enjoy a walk in this predator-free sanctuary, home to endangered birds and plants. We also offer ‘Inlet, River & Kiwi’, a three day tour where we kayak to Freshwater River, hike to stunning Mason Bay and view kiwi in the wild. Enjoy a night under the stars at Prices Inlet. On ‘Pegasus Discovery’, spend five days exploring by kayak and foot the remote southern waters of Stewart Island.
