Weavers Gallery
Overlooking the tranquil Maitai River in central sunny Nelson, just two minutes walk along the river from the Nelson Visitors Information Centre, is Weavers Gallery.

Inspired by this beautiful environment, Suzanne Bateup designs and creates exclusive hand-woven and knitted garments and accessories, all dyed by hand. These are individually crafted from pure New Zealand wool and mohair, so that each one is unique. Her range of products includes jackets, sweaters, vests, scarves, shawls, hats and knitting yarn. Come and view these quality garments being handcrafted. Open weekdays.
