Waka Taiamai Heritage Journeys
Experience the peaceful and tranquil waters of the Waitangi river and Haruru falls. The scenery and views are picture perfect with native bush to the waters edge. For the first time in history and with the best wishes of our elders we are willing to share the happy and sometimes tragic stories of a unique spiritual relationship between the Waitangi River, the surrounding landscapes and our people.

Some highlights of this one of a kind journey is the Haruru waterfalls, wild bird and fish life, plenty of photo opportunities, visit a traditional Maori Marae (river access only), interactive / personal Maori cultural experience, avoid the crowding of hundreds of other tourist's.
