Experience paragliding in New Zealand with Parapro, the Christchurch based paragliding and paramotoring school. We offer a variety of paragliding and paramotoring courses, exciting paragliding tandem flight options, equipment sales, flying tours, and thermaling clinics.

Christchurch offers one of the best places to paraglide. From only 20 minutes from the city centre, we have 13 take-off sites. On a good thermal day it´s not uncommon for paragliders to soar to 3500ft and beyond, overlooking the Southern Alps, the vast Canterbury coastline of beaches and Banks Peninsula.

If you are seeking an adventure activity in Christchurch then its hard to beat the thrilling experience of paragliding or paramotoring.
