Lake Heron Station Hiking
Join us at Lake Heron Station for an exclusive three day guided hike over one of New Zealand's oldest and most spectacular high country sheep stations. Set against the backdrop of the glaciated Arrowsmith Mountains, our walk is a journey through both the rugged beauty of the high country and the human history of life on a remote station.

We combine warm hospitality, delicious food and beverages, cosy accommodation and magnificent scenery to give our guests an exceptional walking experience. Enjoy rolling tussock grasslands, the achievement of a sub-alpine pass, a winding journey through a beech-clad valley and an authentic "slice of station life."
