Rob Roy Guided Glacier Trek is arguably the most varied day walk in New Zealand. From swing bridge to rain forest, ravines to giant waterfalls, bellbirds to keas, pristine rivers to tumbling icefalls, carving off the glacier above viewed from our safe lunch spot high in the flowering alpine herb field - Rob Roy has it all.

We are the most experienced guides in New Zealand in this valley, and can show you our secret spots for views and photos.

Gourmet sandwich lounch and hot drinks supplied, allow a full day to enjoy this jewel of world heritage Mt. Aspiring National Park.

Grade: moderate, five hours easy paced walk, two hours return scenic drive through river crossings. This adventure is a must-do while in Wanaka or Queenstown.
