2010 Singlespeed Mountain Bike Championships Weekend
The eccentric world of one-geared mountain biking comes to Rotorua, New Zealand for the 2010 World Champs. There were over 1000 riders at the 2009 event in Durango, Colorado, USA.
How many will there be in New Zealand's premier tourist destination in October 2010?

The race will be on the world-famous trails in the magnificent Whakarewarewa Forest MTB network (www.riderotorua.com).

At the same time the Rotorua Bike Festival will celebrate cycling as a way of life in the Southern Hemisphere's home of mountain biking.

Rotorua is a unique blend of dramatic geothermal landscapes, iconic historic building and a centre of Maori culture and adventure sports...
