Sculpture-in-the-Park is a significant annual exhibition of outdoor sculpture. Organised by the Waikato Sculpture Trust, the show will this year be curated by Rob Garrett, an internationally recognised expert on contemporary art. He will source more than 40 new works, which will be displayed along the 2 km walking track in the 42 acre park and arboretum. The park is a registered Garden of Significance and has been developed from a derelict quarry. Spectacular views and intimate corners provide exquisite settings for sculptures large and small.
