Originally from Babich Vineyards Neil established Cable Bay ten years ago on the West Coast of Waiheke Island. He also has a vineyard in Marlborough where the grapes are sourced for his world class Pinot Noir. Neil presents these wines matched with another superb menu from Tony Smith.
