Chris Rock will perform at Auckland's Civic Theatre on 6 August, in his first ever New Zealand show, and first ever tour outside his home country, the Unites States.

The show is part of his No Apologies tour which includes shows in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

Chris Rock, "the funniest man in America", has received three Emmy awards and three Grammy awards.
