Montana World of WearableArt Awards Show (WOW)
Artists from throughout New Zealand and around the world enter truly amazing garments that are presented in a two hour show of movement, sound and light.

This year's sections are:
-Air New Zealand South Pacific Section
-Tourism New Zealand Avant Garde Section
-American Express Open Section
-AT&T Illumination Illusion Section
-HP Children's Section-Reinterpret/Reinvent the Tutu
-CentrePort Section-Inspired By Architecture
-Shell Bizarre Bra Section

Artistic concepts are translated into an exhilarating annual theatrical event embellished by all aspects of New Zealand’s unique identity, demonstrating how ordinary people, as well as established artists, are capable of extraordinary creativity.

This year visitors to Wellington during show time will be able to visit key locations throughout the CBD to see garments 'up close & personal' from the WOW® Museum historic garment collection. The Montana WearableArt™ Wander will 'come alive' at lunch times with a roving minstrel parade made up of WOW® characters & music.
