Two and four day eco-tours operating in and around the Catlins Coastal Rainforest Park. On these tours you will see and learn about habitats and their geological and ecological evolution. The wildlife seen includes the world's rarest penguin (yellow eyed penguin), rarest sea lion (Hookers sea lion) and many bird species in their natural habitats.
Tour groups are taken by mini-bus and are guided through forests trails and coastal walks. Guests are provided with excellent food and accommodation for the duration of the tours.
Catlins Wildlife Trackers started in 1990 and have in-depth experience in running tours. They have received two NZ Tourism Awards (1993 - Ecotourism, 1996 Activity and Adventure).
