Glenorchy Air
Glenorchy Air is a Flight Seeing and Charter Airline founded in 1992 based at Queenstown Airport. Robert Rutherford the owner is a local whose Great Grandfather arrived in Queenstown in 1862. We are a family run airline and provide the highest standard of service. We are the only airline based in Queenstown to have re-equipped brand new aeroplanes which now form the majority of our fleet. We also operate out of Glenorchy.

Destinations include Milford Sound, Mount Cook, the Glaciers, the Albatross and Penguin colonies on the East Coast, & Stewart Island to the South. We also offer on demand charter services. As we worked on the Lord of the Rings film flying cast and crew we offer tours to the locations under our Trilogy Trail banner.
