Kayak down the tranquil waters of the Opawa River to the Vernon Lagoon. Enjoy panoramic views of the dry Wither hills, blue Richmond Ranges and catch a glimpse of Marlborough’s highest mountain Tapuaenuku. As we meander down the river this is an excellent opportunity for bird watching and to photograph birds in their natural environment.

What is included: Small group, personalized kayaking tour fully guided by Will Parsons an approved DOC concessionaire & member the Marlborough local birding society.

Collection and drop off to Blenheim Railway station or your accommodation. Easy, safe kayaking.
