Wairere Valley Quad Bike Tours offer guided 4WD quad bike safari tours through farmland and New Zealand native bush to an unique basalt boulder valley.

Tours last from one and a half hours to a longer two and a half hour trip. Full training is given on the quad bikes but participants must be at least 16 years old. No driving license is necessary and quad bikes are fully automatic.

Optional bush walks are included and complimentary refreshments are provided. Helmets are provided as is wet weather gear. All tracks and vehicles are government approved for safety.

Bookings are essential. Pick up can be made from Paihia in the Bay of Islands which is 35 minutes away or from Opononi, 40 minutes away. Minimum number of participants three.
