Online Training Programme
Our online training modules are fun to work through, straightforward to understand and you can work through them at your own pace.
Step One - Create an Account
Sign up to create an account and begin the training modules. We will send you an email so your email address is verified. Once you start the modules, test results and your Online Training Certificate will be emailed to you too. To help ensure that emails from us are not accidentally treated as spam by your ISP or web-based mail service follow the simple steps outlined on this page.
Step Two - Complete The Module
When you log in the list of modules will appear and you can select any of them to complete. You'll probably want to start with the 'How To Sell New Zealand' module as this will give you an overview of 100% Pure New Zealand. Either work through the module online, or print a hard copy. Read the module, the margin notes and allow 2-3 hours to complete each module. You will find the tasks throughout very helpful and these will help you to complete the module test.
Step Three - Complete The Test
To successfully complete a module, you need to correctly answer each question in the multiple choice test. You will find that when you begin a module your test questions appear at the same time, so you can refer to them as you work through the module.
Step Four - Test Results
Tourism New Zealand will advise your results via an email to the email address you used when you registered. If at first you don't pass the test, you can log on and sit the test at any time to complete the module.
Step Five - Rewards
You've learnt more about 100% Pure New Zealand, continued your professional development, will be better able to satisfy your clients needs and increase the profitability of your New Zealand sales. After completing the training modules, you really will be a New Zealand expert!
"I wanted to say how much I enjoyed doing the Kiwi Specialist Programme. It was hard work but well worth it and it has already paid off with me feeling much more confident at putting together an itinerary!"
