- Put together an itinerary that includes distinctively New Zealand flavours and contrasts in regional food and wine experiences

Sections within the Module:
There are five sections to this module
Section 1:
New Zealand is recognised as an environment that can grow a wide range of fresh produce and unique indigenous food products - tender meat, full-flavoured dairy products, succulent seafood, seasonal fruit and vegetables, organic produce and internationally awarded world-class wine. This section will give you an overview of some of these foods and wines.
Section 2:
An overview of the North Island featuring regional wine and food specialisation, including wine trails, recommended regional tastings, farmers' markets, pre-bookable vineyard retreats and culinary schools.
Section 3:
An overview of the South Island featuring regional wine and food specialisation, including wine trails, recommended regional tastings, farmers' markets, pre-bookable vineyard retreats and culinary schools.
Section 4:
- Annual food and wine festivals and speciality food events
- Food and wine trails
- Compulsory Task - the compulsory task is designed to test your learning and reinforce your skills. You will be required to incorporate food and wine products into sample itineraries provided.
