Aim
- To help you to increase your sales to New Zealand and the profitability of each sale.
- When you finish this training module you will have a better understanding of the New Zealand ski and snow experience and how to sell it.
Objectives
This training module has been designed so that you can confidently sell ski to your clients. When you have finished the module you will:
- Have a thorough knowledge of the ski areas in New Zealand
- Understand ski terminology
- Know what other activities are available around those ski areas
- Be able to recommend to your clients which ski field is appropriate to their abilities and requirements i.e. families, groups or couples
- Identify the differences between skiing in New Zealand and other ski destinations
