Wharekauhau Voted Best in World by Conde Nast USA
Results from the prestigious Condé Nast (USA) Traveler Readers Choice Awards 2008 have been announced and New Zealand’s Wharekauhau Country Estate located in the famed winery region of Martinborough, has been voted in the very best resorts in the world.
Every year since 1988, a select sample of Condé Nast Traveler readers have taken the Readers' Choice Survey. In 2008, the questionnaire was available to all readers through a secure Web site. The final tabulations of 32,633 responses were done by Mediamark Research, Inc., of New York City.
The iconic Wharekauhau Country Estate was ranked in the top 5 resorts in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific by the reader survey.
