New Zealand Apartments and New Zealand Luxury Motels have each released their new directories for the 2009-2011 period.

Both directories are packed with detailed information about each of the many apartment and motel accommodations in both collections and are an excellent reference tool for agents. "When making sales calls in agents' offices there are often well thumbed directories at their fingertips. Now they can have the latest directories to replace the old editions", says Anton Wilke, Managing Director.

Through their central reservations office, near Christchurch, New Zealand Apartments and New Zealand Luxury Motels can confirm a nationwide itinerary for just about any client, whether they be seeking apartments, motels of a mixture of both. "Many of our properties now have instant confirmation systems which we are really pleased with as we know how important this is to agents. The key is that we can facilitate the entire booking process with just one point of contact", add Anton.

The New Zealand Apartments directory, now in its seventh edition, features 45 stylish, contemporary apartments from Paihia in the north to Invercargill in the south. There are properties in 27 locations nationwide.

This new directory profiles three new apartments, the Proximity Apartments in Manukau City (South Auckland), the Pacific Apartments in Mount Maunganui and in the South Island, Clear Ridge Apartments in Hanmer Springs. It is the first time there has been a New Zealand Apartments property in Hanmer Springs.

There are 22 quality motel properties featured in the New Zealand Luxury Motels collection have all been personally selected and inspected. "The New Zealand Luxury Motel collection focuses on well appointed, quality, and recently built motels" adds Anton. The majority are under three years in age and all are either Qualmark® 4.5 or 5 star rated or the equivalent.

New in this directory are three recent additions to the collection; Dunedin Palms Motel, Admiralty Lodge (Whitianga) and Aspen Court Motel (Kaikoura).
