The Midway Motel is situated just 3 - 5 minutes walk from Oamaru Town Centre, where there are restaurants, bars and taverns. There is also the outstanding Oamaru stone architecture, historic precinct, museum and art gallery. We are also close to Oamaru's unique little blue penguin and yellow-eyed penguin colonies. Oamaru is the Gateway to the Waitaki Lakes District. We have 11 fully self-contained units, serviced daily. Studio 1 and 2 bedroom units sleep 1-6. Cooked or Continental breakfasts are available.
