Avondale Bed and Breakfast offers quality accommodation in a home environment. This renovated 100 year old villa is warm, modern and comfortable with heatpump and air conditioning and a large wood burner. There are large queen sized rooms which come complete with DVD/TV and a movie library.

Enjoy a long soak in the claw foot bath in the guest bathroom. Situated at the Dunedin end of the Otago Central Rail Trail it's a great spot to start or finish your Rail Trail Ride or walk. We are also close to golf courses, great walks and fishing, and are only 2 hours from the ski fields.
