Paheke, built in 1862, in the Bay Of Islands is a Historic Places Trust listed building. The old homestead is set in three acres of peaceful gardens with a stream and shaded by enormous old trees.
The homestead is surrounded by verandas and is filled with antiques. Accommodation consists of three luxury suites with ensuite and a room with queen and single with private bathroom.
A fully cooked breakfast is served in the old kitchen, a three course meal with wine and picnic lunches are available upon request.
Wedding ceremonies, receptions and anniversary celebrations can be arranged in the house and grounds.
