Our smoke free, self-contained studio apartment is in a private garden location with its own entrance and off street parking, and is adjacent to Soleil Art Studio. The apartment consists of one Queen bed only screened from the lounge, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom and laundry. The apartment has all the amenities you require including a television, stereo and CD player, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine. Take a stroll to the beach or cross the road to the Ahuriri Estuary Reserve and Walkway. Waterfront restaurants, bars and cafes are within walking distance for fine or casual dining.
