Bed and Breakfast @ NO 141 is a non smoking premise and 5 minute drive from the town centre high up on Fernhill. We offer two bedrooms on the top floor of our home each has a breathtaking 180 degree unobstructed views of the Remarkable Range & Lake Wakatipu. Each room has its own heating/cooling enabling guests to choose their own level of comfort. These rooms share the one shower room & separate toilet.
Breakfast is self serve continental. A hilltop spa is available for house guests only & regret may not be suitable for people with disabilities as there are at least 60 steps to the top however if you are able to climb the view is really worth the effort as there is a fabulous view ideal for those special photos.
