Cape View Cottage (a studio unit) is situated on the north-western boundary of the historic township of Oamaru, on the east coast of the South Island.
The Cottage is set on 100 acres of farmland, 600 metres from the road, up a private drive, and has stunning views over the Oamaru township, the Pacific Ocean and surrounding countryside. The cottage with wheelchair access has a new queensized bed, cooking facilities including a BBQ and an ensuite. It is safe secure and quiet and has recently been refurbished.
Cape View Cottage is 5 minutes drive from the historic precinct, many restaurants and cafes, and only 6 minutes from the penguin colonies and harbour, which is steeped in history. There are many local attractions to visit.
