Contemporary site specific sculpture installed on a coastal and native tree environment.
Renowned NZ sculptors include Graham Bennett, Chris Booth, Phil Dadson, Neil Dawson, Paul Dibble, Kon Dimopoulos, Fatu Feu'u, Christine Hellyar, Virginia King, Peter Nicholls, Phil Price, Jeff Thomson & Richard Thompson.
The growing collection includes 25 sculptures in various medium and size.
The two hour + guided walk (in sensible shoes!) is on a 2km track through bush and over farmland with commanding views of the Hauraki Gulf. Bookings are essential as visits are by prior appointment only. You are welcome to bring your lunch.
The Gowshed Gallery includes a library of books on international sculpture along with sculpture for sale.
