Encounter Guided Day Walks

Our one day walks are the ideal way for people with less time to experience some of New Zealand's best tracks. The Routeburn Encounter departs from Queenstown and takes you up the beautiful Routeburn Valley. A gradual 2 hour climb is rewarded by stunning alpine views and beautiful waterfalls.
Our guides are well trained and experienced, and will share with you their knowledge of the flora, fauna and history of the track. The guide will enhance your day by providing information, safety and companionship. Enjoy a great day outdoors and be back in town the same evening. The Routeburn Encounter operates from mid October until the 30th of April (excluding Christmas Day) and we have no minimum number.
