Mountain Recreation Ltd was established in 1973.
Mt Aspiring Guided Treks conduct 3 and 4 days guided treks visiting and viewing icefalls and mountains around the base of Mt Aspiring.

Mt French Guided Climb a four-day "taste of mountaineering" consist in climbing to the expansive and wild Bonar glacier.

Base facilities: our private hut at Shovel Flat is in a spectacular bush setting with a spectacular view of Mt aspiring.
