Sitting majestically just off the Auckland coast, Rangitoto is a unique volcanic island. Purchase your ferry trip with a fascinating guided tour on a 4WD road train to the top of Rangitoto. Our knowledgeable guides will introduce you to the island's fiery past and the unique flora and fauna that flourish amongst the lava.
Travel through New Zealand's largest Pohutukawa forest to the base of the summit, where it's a 10-15 minute walk along a scenic boardwalk to the top. The return journey takes in the western side of the island including the unique fern glen.
Departs Auckland daily at *9.15am & 12.15pm (*no 9.15am tour weekdays Apr-Oct).
