The Taupō Art Connection Art Trail showcases a passionate collection of local artists in their studio or gallery, providing a special glimpse into their work and creative inspiration. Experience a variety of media from painting, woodcarving, glass, ceramics, sculpture, photography, printmaking, mosaics to drawings and jewellery. Visits are by appointment only, so choose your artists ahead of time and book in to see these talented locals.

Given Taupō's unique geology and Maori history, it’s not surprising to see the number of artistic works that reflect local landscapes and stories of cultural significance.
