Participants need to have had lots of overnight hiking experience, be sure-footed and very fit to tackle the steep, rugged terrain. Professional guides outfit you with the necessary gear (included) and take care of the cooking. They will teach you basic mountaineering skills and ensure you benefit from their vast experience.
