On Track Health was founded to support women who recognise the importance and need to focus on their health and wellbeing. We view health holistically and use getting out on the trails as a fun and engaging way to educate women on three key lifestyle behaviours; exercise, healthy eating, and connecting with nature, all known to positively influence the health of your body and mind. We want our adventures to provide women with the knowledge, skills, confidence and motivation to get on track to living a healthy life.
We operate in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Coromandel regions, offering a range of day hikes for all levels of fitness and experience. To ensure you get the most from your day, hikes are limited to a maximum of five ladies.
