We’ll start at the car park where a short, gentle run up the village will stretch the legs and warm the blood. After a check of gear, we’ll begin our run (or hike if you'd prefer a shorter pace). It’s a steady climb and the pace will need to be set from the get-go – but we will judge how we go on the day.
