You may cancel your bookings at any time prior to making full payment without any penalty, unless otherwise specified. If you cancel your bookings after making full payment, our refund policy applies. If cancellation is allowed, notification is required 24 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in a 50% penalty fee of total costs. In the case of unexpected events or for visitor safety reasons, Te Puia can not be held accountable to the unavailability of any products or services.

There has never been a better time to experience the magic of Te Puia as we share the stories that have shaped our land and culture for generations. Te Puia, is home to the largest active geyser in the Southern Hemisphere, Pōhutu Geyser, as well as the New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute – training the next generation of artists from around the country. Join one of our world famous guided experiences, showcasing our geothermal valley, Māori culture and Kiwi Conservation Centre with Kiwi Birds in our state of the art enclosure. Visit our stunning restaurant Pātaka Kai for our daily buffet or Hiakai Cafe which will be serving fresh coffee and cabinet food each day of operation.
