Inclusions – Prices include all inclusions as indicated on the tour description on waitours.co.nz. Exclusions – Prices do not include: Items of a personal nature – These may include snacks, meals, and drinks not outlined as an inclusion in the inclusions section of the tour description. Smoking is not permitted inside our vehicles at any time. A cleaning fee of up to $150 may apply if the vehicle interior is heavily soiled during the tour. It is highly recommended to have travel insurance.

Cancellation fees – Any request by either the customer or agent to cancel a booking will be subject to the following refund conditions: •28+ days before departure – Full refund •15 – 28 days before departure – cancellation fee equal to 60% of retail rate •48hrs – 14 days until departure – cancellation fee equal to 25% of retail rate.
