Zone Escapes’ all-inclusive fitness escapes are for those wanting to unleash, unwind, escape and explore. We’ll take you on an adventure packed with challenging workouts, delicious, nutritious food, rejuvenating activities and plenty of opportunities to get to know your new pals.
There’ll be countless opportunities to push yourself with the support and guidance of our awesome trainers—but we also balance this out with rest, recovery and recreation. Our daily HIIT sessions are challenging and our low-impact yoga and stretching classes are designed to help your body recover. All sessions are optional too so if you feel like a break, just listen to your body and sit the next one out.
