The food at Quickenberry Guesthouse is always a highlight of the experience of staying here. The guests enjoy a four course meal of delicious food which is heavily based on vegetables. Our guests often ask for recipes and suggested to publish a cookbook. Well we did. And now the book has won several awards and was named the best vegetable cookbook in the world at the Gourmand Cookbook Fair in China in 2015. Now our guests can take home with them a beautiful book about vegetables and recreate and refresh their memories of their stay at Quickenberry and in New Zealand through our food.
