Flying Kiwi Best of the West - 4 day Queenstown to Christchurch Winter Tour

From Queenstown to Christchurch this 4-day adventure takes you through some of the most stunning, untouched and unforgettable scenery in New Zealand. Expect to see lush rainforest, rugged coastlines, glacier, glacier fed valleys and remote townships.

About

Welcome to Queenstown! Join us at any stage throughout the day before you head out to explore the scenic lake side town at your leisure.
Leaving Queenstown we travel through the Mt Aspiring National Park as we journey into the wild West Coast, home to majestic rainforest, thundering waterfalls and tranquil pools. Tonight, we stay in glacier country at the picturesque village of Franz Josef, our home for the next 2 nights.
Explore one of NZ’s most unique and spectacular natural wonders – the Franz Josef glacier, soak in hot pools or take a kayak trip amidst the lush ancient rainforest of the Okarito Kiwi Sanctuary. The final day of tour you'll board the Tranz Alpine train and travel one of the best train journeys in the world.
