No pets. No smoking indoors. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Deposits are non-refundable at time of booking. Cancellation less than 14 days before the booking will incur a 100% charge, for this reason we highly recommend travel insurance. Please also note that when payment is made in full prior to the 14 days before arrival no refund will be given if the booking is cancelled.
Carrick 6 is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment just 5 minutes walk into Queenstown. The Carrick Apartments are quiet and peaceful and offer fabulous lake and mountain views from the open plan living area, deck and master bedroom. Only 50 meters from the short of Lake Wakatipu.
The apartment complex has underground car parking with one allocated car park. An open plan kitchen, dining and living area open up to the spacious deck with outdoor dining and fantastic views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. This three bedroom and two bathroom is the perfect home for a weekend away with family.
