For all direct bookings the below conditions apply, unless agreed otherwise via email with Tāhuna Hideaway. 20% deposit, 48 hours after making the booking. Full payment is then required between 14 – 7 days prior to arrival. Over peak times such as Queenstown Marathon Weekend and between the 20th – 4th January different terms apply. We require the full payment 60 days prior to arrival. In the case of COVID being the reason you cannot physically travel we will offer a full refund.
