Rates subject to change depending on the season and number of people staying. Minimum stay requirements, might vary depending on the season. Cleaning Fee & Refundable bond payable per booking.
Guests wishing to stay must be over 25 to book. The person booking must stay at the house. No Parties / Hens or Bucks groups. Outdoor area and spa are not to be used after 10pm and before 7am. No smoking in the house.
We will refund: 100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival. 80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival. 50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 30 – 60 days prior to your arrival. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival.
If you are a skier you will be thrilled to know Ellesmere Lodge is only a few minutes drive to the base carpark and entrance of the Remarkables ski field so just a short drive to be back home sitting by the fire rather than sitting in the traffic. Not a skier but a golfer? Then even better the world class Jacks Point 18 hole championship golf course can be seen from the front deck and is only a short drive away. The garage is carpeted for extra warmth in winter. Bedrooms 2 & 3 can be setup as either 2 singles or 1 king - please ensure you let us know how you want them setup. Cot & highchair can be hired - please ask.
