Minimum stay 7 nights. Long term rates available on application.
50% non refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation. 60 days prior to arrival 100% of the total balance of the cost is required and is non refundable in the event of a no show. The cancellation fees apply to the total period booked. We advise guests to take out travel insurance to cover the unexpected. (In the event of a cancellation, if we are able to re-book the period concerned we will refund the equivalent cancellation fee.)
